摘 要:为了解四川省地表水体中137Cs的放射性水平和健康风险;检测了四川省主要地表水系的23个监测断面2016年-2021年期间的137Cs放射性水平,计算其导致的年待积有效剂量,评估对居民的健康风险。结果显示137Cs的放射性水平为0.19 mBq/L~0.57 mBq/L,均低于WHO发表的的指导水平;不同年度、不同地表水体、不同水期的137Cs放射性浓度间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);摄入137Cs所致的总致癌风险处于7.08×10-12~3.17×10-11,低于WHO和ICRP发布的最严格控制限值。四川省主要地表水体中137Cs摄入人体后所致健康风险处于可接受水平,四川省主要地表水体中137Cs的放射性水平对各年龄组都是安全的。In order to understand the radioactive level and health risk of 137 Cs in surface water in Sichuan Province.The 137 Cs radioactivity levels in 23 monitoring sections of major surface water systems in the province from 2016 to 2021 were detected to calculate the annual accumulated effective dose and assess the health risk to residents.The results showed that the radioactivity level of 137 Cs was 0.19 mBq/L-0.57 mBq/L,which was lower than the guideline level published by WHO.There was no significant difference in 137 Cs radioactivity concentration among different years,different surface water bodies and different water periods(P>0.05).The total carcinogenic risk from intake of 137 Cs ranges from 7.08×10-12 to 3.17×10-11,which is below the strictest control limits published by WHO and ICRP.The health risk caused by the ingestion of 137 Cs in main surface water bodies in Sichuan Province is at an acceptable level,and the radioactivity level of 137 Cs in main surface water bodies in Sichuan Province is safe for all age groups.
