共同富裕视角下社会质量对农村居民主观福利的影响

摘　　要：中国不断缩小城乡居民主观福利差距是实现共同富裕的重要途径。基于社会质量理论,利用“中国社会状况综合调查”多期数据,考察农村脱贫攻坚阶段农村居民主观福利变化的机制。研究发现,随着中国脱贫攻坚工作的深入,城乡居民的主观福利差距逐步缩小,农村地区的社会质量和政府质量始终高于城镇地区;同时,社会质量的改善是农村居民主观福利提升的原因,政府质量的提升可以强化社会质量对农村居民主观福利的正向影响。中国在推动农村经济发展的基础上,不仅要推动社会高质量发展,还应着力提升基层政府质量,进而扎实推进共同富裕目标的实现。Narrowing the subjective welfare gap between urban and rural residents is an important way to achieve common prosperity.Taking poverty alleviation as the background,this paper investigates the relationship between social quality,government quality,and rural residents′subjective welfare by using the multi-period data from Chinese Social Survey.The study found that with the deepening of poverty alleviation,the subjective welfare gap between urban and rural residents has gradually narrowed,and the social quality and government quality in rural areas are always higher than those in urban areas.Further analysis shows that the improvement of social quality is the reason for the improvement of rural residents′subjective welfare.In addition,government quality can strengthen the positive impact of social quality on the subjective welfare of rural residents.Therefore,in addition to promoting rural economic development,we should also promote high-quality social development,and strive to improve the quality of grass-roots government,which is of great significance to promote the common prosperity of urban and rural residents.
