摘 要:为探究^(60)Co-γ射线辐射对3种丁香的辐射效应,以紫丁香、红丁香、暴马丁香休眠期种子为试材,采用不同剂量(0、50、100、200、300 Gy)^(60)Co-γ射线进行辐照处理,观测实生幼苗形态及生理特征。结果表明,与对照相比,50 Gy以内的辐射剂量能够促进3种丁香的株高、叶长、叶宽的增加以及光合速率、SOD、POD、CAT等抗氧化酶活性的提升,但高剂量的辐射可抑制丁香幼苗的生长。当辐射剂量最高时,3种丁香的丙二醛(MDA)含量达最大值,叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量达最低值,同时光合效率受到显著抑制。3种丁香中,红丁香对辐射的敏感度最高,受伤害程度最大。In order to explore the effects of radiation on physiological characteristics for three species of Syringa,Syringa oblata、Syringa villosa、Syringa reticulata seeds were used as experimental materials and were irradiated with^(60)Co-γray of different doses(0、50、100、200、300 Gy).The seedling growth and physiological index were investigated.The results showed that the plant height,leaf length,leaf width,photosynthetic rate and antioxidant enzyme activity of three species of Syringa increased with the radiation dose less than 50 Gy,however,high doses of radiation inhibited the growth of Syringa seedlings.When the radiation dose was the highest,the MDA content reached the maximum,the chlorophyll content,the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and the content of soluble protein reached the minimum,and the photosynthetic efficiency was significantly inhibited.Among the 3 species of Syringa,S.villosa was the most sensitive to radiation and the most damaged.
