Cold resistance of tubers about Dahlia pinnata

摘  要:以“大奖赛”(DJS)、“里维拉”(LWL)、“巧克力”(QKL)和“松林公主”(SLGZ)4个大丽花品种的块根为试材,通过电导法、电阻抗图谱法和相关生理指标的测定,比较了大丽花块根的抗寒性。结果表明:(1)4个品种的大丽花块根在-16℃时全部死亡;SLGZ半致死温度最低,为-11.89℃;DJS最高,为-5.70℃。(2)电阻抗图谱弧度大小,DJS的随着温度的降低而减小;其他3个品种随温度从4℃到-4℃的降低而变大,在-4℃时弧度最大;在-10℃时,弧度较-4℃均减小。当温度降至-16℃时,4个品种的电阻抗图谱弧形开口方向均发生改变,且其电阻值和容抗值骤降。电阻抗弧度大小和LTO值大小高度吻合。(3)随着温度的降低,4个品种块根中的丙二醛含量先下降后上升;总酚含量先上升后下降;可溶性糖含量先下降后上升再下降;可溶性蛋白含量呈下降趋势。综合评价表明,大丽花不同品种间抗寒性存在差异,其中SLGZ抗寒性最强,DJS抗寒性最弱。Fresh tubers of four Dahlia pinnata cultivars,including“Grand Prix”(DJS),“Gallery Rivera”(LWL),“Kama Cho”(QKL)and“Pinelands Princess”(SLGZ)as the test materials,the effects of low temperature on the cold resistance of tubers were compared by electrical conductivity method,electrical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and determination of related physiological indicators.The results showed that:(1)All tubers of 4 cultivars were died at-16℃.SLGZ had the lowest semi-lethal temperature,which was-11.89℃,while DJS had the highest semi-lethal temperature which was-5.70℃.(2)The DJS radians of EIS decreased with falling temperature while others increased with the falling of temperature from 4℃to-4℃,and the radian reached the maximum at-4℃.When the temperature dropped to-16℃,the arc opening direction of the EIS of four cultivars were changed,and the resistance value,the capacitive resistance value were plummeted.The radians of EIS curve were same with the LTO value.(3)With the decline of temperature,the MDA contents decreased at first and then increased,which the trend of the total phenolic contents were the polar opposite of MDA.The contents of soluble sugar were down firstly then up and down lastly,and soluble protein contents were on a downward trend.The comprehensive evaluation results had exhibited differences in cold resistance among four dahlia cultivars,among which SLGZ had the strongest cold resistance and DJS had the weakest.
