摘  要:作为数字经济新业态的典型代表,网络直播营销成为推动消费扩容的重要力量,未来发展潜力巨大,但它在推动经济快速发展的过程中也滋生了许多法律纠纷和治理难题。本文对相关问题进行了梳理,并提出了完善建议,旨在为电商时代网络直播营销行业的健康发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。As a typical representative of the digital economy,network broadcast marketing has become an important force in promoting consumption expansion,promoting a depressed market economy in the context of the epidemic,and has great potential for future development.However,it has also spawned many legal disputes and governance problems in the process of promoting rapid economic development.This article sorts out the problems and puts forward some suggestions,aiming to provide some reference for the healthy development of network broadcast marketing industry in the e-commerce era.
