摘　　要：第二次布匿战争历时十六年之久,这场战争使罗马面临真正意义上的亡国之危。面对国家所面临的危局,元老院率领罗马人民奋起反击,力挽狂澜,彰显了罗马共和制度的力量以及罗马人民忠勇坚韧的精神特质。然而,也正是“第二次布匿战争”成为罗马国家形象演变的转折点,战争带来的国家崛起并未带来社会的持续进步,反而使罗马人民陷入萎靡不振的状态和骄奢淫逸的怪圈,罗马国家形象迅速败坏。The Second Punic War lasted 16 years,which made the Roman Empire face the danger of national subjugation in a real sense.In the face of the crisis facing the country,The Senate led the Roman people to fight back,and turn back the powers of darkness,It shows the strength of the Roman republican system and the spirit of the Roman people。However,it was also the“Second Punic War”that became the turning point of the evolution of the Roman national image.The rise of the country brought about by the war has not bring about sustained social progress,On the contrary,the Roman people fell into depression and extravagance,and the image of Rome was rapidly destroyed.
