气郁质冠心病患者舌象特征研究

摘　　要：目的:分析气郁质亚健康人群与气郁质冠心病患者的舌象数据,探究两类人群舌象特征的差异及其反映的机体变化。方法:选择气郁质冠心病患者50例作为研究组,同时纳入气郁质亚健康者50例作为对照组。采用图像处理技术记录两组舌象五分区的HSV(Hue,Saturation,Value)色度空间特征数据,并由专家进行舌象判定。通过比较两组的舌象特征差异,探讨气郁质冠心病患者的舌象特征。结果:舌色方面,研究组暗红舌、绛舌比例高于对照组(P<0.01);舌形方面,研究组点刺舌、齿痕舌比例高于对照组(P<0.05);苔色方面,研究组黄苔比例高于对照组(P<0.05);苔质方面,研究组腻苔比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。舌下络脉特征方面,研究组舌下络脉加粗、迂曲、颜色加深比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。舌象五分区HSV色度空间参数方面,与对照组比较,研究组1、2、3区H值偏低(P<0.05),4、5区V值偏低(P<0.05)。结论:气郁质冠心病患者的舌色多暗红、绛,舌形多点刺、齿痕,苔色多黄,苔质多腻,这些舌象特征与气滞血瘀、热入营血、肝胆火旺、肝郁化火上扰心肺、肝郁脾虚、湿热内蕴有一定关系。临床可基于舌诊信息预防不良体质向疾病转变。Objective:To analyze the tongue manifestation data of sub healthy individuals with qi stagnation constitution and coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with qi stagnation constitution,and to explore the differences in tongue manifestation characteristics between the two groups of individuals and the changes of the body reflected by the tongue manifestation.Methods:A total of 50 CHD patients with qi stagnation constitution were selected as the study group,and 50 sub healthy individuals with qi stagnation constitution were included as the control group.The HSV(Hue,Saturation,Value)chromaticity space feature data of the tongue manifestation in five zones of the two groups were recorded with image processing technology,and the tongue manifestation was determined by experts.By comparing the tongue manifestation characteristics between the two groups,the tongue manifestation characteristics of CHD patients with qi stagnation constitution were discussed.Results:In terms of tongue color,the proportion of dull-red tongue and crimson tongue in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).In terms of tongue form,the proportion of spotted tongue and tooth-marked tongue in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of tongue coating color,the proportion of yellow coating in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of tongue coating texture,the proportion of greasy coating in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of sublingual collaterals,the proportion of thickened,tortuous and darkened sublingual collaterals in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of HSV chromaticity space parameters,the H value of zone 1,2 and 3 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the V value of zone 4 and 5 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The tongue of CHD patients with qi constitution mostly manifests as dull-red an
