史锁芳运用中药重剂治疗肺系疾病验案举隅

摘　　要：中药大剂量使用具有势猛、力锐、功专的特点。史锁芳教授认为,对于病情复杂的肺系顽疾,运用重剂可获良效。史教授临证应用重剂遵循顾护胃气、避免药材浪费、辨证准确的原则,疗效佳而不良反应少。列举相关验案三则(大剂量芦根治疗支气管扩张咳痰,大剂量熟地黄、山药、黄芪治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病虚喘,大剂量麦冬治疗肺癌顽咳),供临床参考。Large dosage of Chinese medicinals has the characteristics of powerful function,sharp strength and specific efficacy.Professor SHI Suofang believes that treating complicated and recurring pulmonary diseases with large dosage of Chinese medicinals could obtain good curative efficacy.Professor SHI follows the therapeutic principles of protecting the qi of spleen and stomach,avoiding the waste of herbs,and accurate treatment based on syndrome differentiation when he uses large dosage of Chinese medicinals,just because of this,using large dosage of Chinese medicinals could obtain better curative efficacy and fewer side effect.Three typical cases were attached for verification,including treating expectoration of bronchiectasis with large dosage of Lugen(Phragmitis Rhizoma),treating deficient dyspnea of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with large dosage of Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)and Huangqi(Astragali Radix),and treating chronic and persistent cough of lung cancer with large dosage of Maidong(Ophiopogonis Radix).
