摘 要:通过对蒲公英化学成分、药理作用及质量控制研究现状进行综述,发现蒲公英含有黄酮类、酚酸类、萜类等多种有效成分,具有抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等药理作用,在药品和食品应用领域具有广阔的开发利用前景。基于中药质量标志物概念,从成分特有性、传统功效、成分有效性、成分可测性和药动学等几个方面对蒲公英质量标志物进行预测分析,认为单咖啡酰酒石酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、菊苣酸、木犀草素、木犀草苷可作为蒲公英药材的质量标志物。参考文献71篇。Through reviewing the research status of chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and quality control of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba),it is found that Taraxaci Herba contains multiple effective constituents,including flavonoids,phenolic acids,terpenoids,etc.,and has various pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammation,anti-bacteria,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,etc.,so it has broad prospects for development and utilization in the field of medicine and food application.Based on the concept of quality markers of Chinese medicinals,the quality markers of Taraxaci Herba were predicted and analyzed from the following aspects:constituent specificity,traditional efficacy,effectiveness of constituents,constituent measurability and pharmacokinetics.It is concluded that caftaric acid,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,chicoric acid,digitoflavone and galuteolin can be used as quality markers of Taraxaci Herba.There are 71 references.
