摘　　要：研究分析医疗建筑电气设计的难点和要点。针对医疗建筑的特点及医疗建筑供配电设计的特殊性和复杂性,以某三甲综合医院为例,介绍其10 kV电源系统、负荷等级、变压器与柴油发电机组的设置、负荷计算。着重分析手术室供配电系统、IT隔离变压器、UPS容量选择的要点。讨论了医疗建筑电气设计的特殊性。结果可为同类医院项目电气设计提供参考。This paper analyzes the difficulties and key points in electrical design of medical buildings.In view of the characteristics of medical buildings and the particularity and complexity of the design of power supply and distribution in medical buildings,it introduces the 10 kV power supply system,load rating,transformer and diesel generator set settings,and load calculation of a tertiary general hospital.The key points of power supply and distribution system,IT isolation transformer and UPS capacity selection in operating room are emphatically analyzed.The particularity of electrical design in medical buildings is discussed,which can provide reference for electrical design in similar hospital projects.
