摘  要:为深入开展对标世界一流管理提升行动,提高梯级流域电厂检修安全管理水平,采用理论联系实际和系统分析的方法,创建三级安全巡查、安全生产记分制、项目团队负责制、作业安全风险识别卡等多项管理办法,实施以“多级管控+动态考核”为核心的流域电厂检修安全管理提升理论创新与实践,有效防范质量、安全事故发生,提高全员安全责任意识和安全履职能力,营造安全文化氛围,提升安全管理水平,为不同领域各类企业推动管理提升提供了经验和借鉴。In order to improve the maintenance safety management in cascade river basin power plants to a world-class level,a series of management measures are proposed with systematic analysis combining the theories and practice,including the three-level safety inspection,safety production scoring system,project team responsibility system,and work safety risk identification card.The innovation and practice of the maintenance safety management in cascade river basin power plants centered with multi-level control and dynamic assessment are summarized.It shows that the proposed safety management system can effectively prevent the occurrence of quality and safety accidents,improve the safety responsibility awareness and safety performance of all employees,create a safety culture atmosphere,and improve the safety management level.It provides useful experience and reference for the management improvement of various enterprises in different fields.
