摘 要:湖泊作为天然水体的一种形态,在生态文明建设的背景下,日趋受到重视。白鹭湖作为四湖流域的“四湖”之一,由于水利工程及垦殖造田等已萎缩殆尽,丧失了其调蓄洪水、维持区域生态平衡的作用。为改善白鹭湖生态功能,结合围堤、建筑物设计洪水位及规模进行演算,通过岸线调整、拆除部分堤防、新建分洪口门及水系连通等措施,对白鹭湖退垸还湖工程进行了全面规划设计,以恢复、提升白鹭湖的生态服务功能。As an important form of natural water bodies,lakes are increasingly valued in the context of ecological civilization construction.As one of the“four lakes”in the four lake basin,Bailu Lake has lost its role in flood storage and regulation and regional ecological equilibrium maintenance as the shrinkage of the water area due to the construction of water conservancy projects and the farmland reclamation from lakes.In order to restore and improve the ecological functions of Bailu Lake,a comprehensive planning of the lake restoring work is designed.The design flood level of the dike,and the scale and design flood level of hydraulic structures are calculated.Repairing measures are then proposed,such as adjusting the lake shoreline,demolishing some embankments,constructing new flood diversion gates,and connecting water systems.
