摘 要:为充分利用水电对光伏进行电力补偿调节,平抑其天然随机性、波动性和间歇性特征,研究乌江流域水量综合利用及洪家渡水电站承担电网调峰任务时的典型出力曲线特征,建立模型对洪家渡水光互补日前调度过程进行优化求解,得到水光电源组日前调度方案。对典型日调度结果分析表明,该模型求解得出的调度方案能改善水光打捆送电质量,减少弃电量,确保水光充分发挥调峰能力,提高系统的综合发电效益。Hydropower can be used to compensate and regulate the photovoltaic power to suppress its natural randomness,volatility and intermittent characteristics.Considering the comprehensive utilization of water resources in Wujiang River Basin,and the typical output curve characteristics of the Hongjiadu Hydropower Station undertaking the peak shaving task,a simulation model is established to optimize the day-ahead regulation process of the station with hydropower-photovoltaic complementation.An optimized day-ahead regulation scheme of the hydropower-photovoltaic complementary system is thus obtained.Analysis of the typical daily regulation results shows that the obtained optimal regulation scheme can improve the output power quality of the hydropower-photovoltaic complementary system and reduce the abandoned electricity,thus ensuring the fully exert of the peak shaving capacity of the hydropower and photovoltaic systems and improving the comprehensive power generation benefit of the complementary system.
