摘 要:水电站发电机非同期并网电气恶性事件的发生,除了机率极低的装置故障和手动误合之外,就是一次或二次接线接错等原因造成的相序出错,未严格按照规范规定要求进行核相导致。因此,可通过优化同期电压专用接线、相序闭锁自动准同期装置和严格执行核相工作等防范措施,来确保水电站电机同期并网一、二次接线相序的绝对正确,可靠保证发电机组的同期并网,实现水电站和电网的安全稳定运行,可供类似电站借鉴。For the serious fault of non-simultaneous grid connection of hydropower generators,there are usually several different causes.Besides the device failures and manual mis-operation with extremely low probability,it can be also caused by phase sequence errors due to incorrect primary or secondary wiring connections and unexecuted phase verification work following the specification requirements.Thus,preventive measures,such as optimizing the synchronous voltage wiring,phase sequence locking of automatic quasi-synchronous devices,and strict implementation of phase verification work,can be taken to ensure the absolute correctness of the phase sequence of the primary and secondary wiring for synchronous grid connection of hydropower generators.So that,the synchronous grid connection of the generator units and the safe and stable operation of the hydropower station and the power grid can be reliably guaranteed.The proposed measures can be useful reference for similar power stations.
