摘  要:2016年泄洪期间,清江水布垭电站左岸190拉锚洞内有大量来水,洞内集水井抽水泵抽排能力严重不足。针对拉锚洞异常来水问题,库坝中心结合拉锚洞的设计及其周边地质构造,分析探索在暴雨、泄洪等工况下可能向洞内渗水的缺陷。2020年汛期再次泄洪时,技术人员对可能渗水的薄弱环节进行全面检查或钻孔试验,汛后采取了相应的处理。2021年7月泄洪时洞内来水量明显变小,表明工程处理起到了实质效果。然而汛期泄洪流量比2020年小,持续时间短,所以仍需加强泄洪期的渗水观察和大流量泄洪的考验。During the flood discharge period in 2016,a large amount of seepage water was found in the 190 anchor tunnel on the left bank of the Qingjiang Shuibuya Hydropower Station,and the pumping capacity of the water collection well in the tunnel was severely insufficient.Considering the design of the anchor tunnel and the surrounding geological conditions,the possible faults that may induce abnormal seepage into the tunnel under rainstorm and flood discharge conditions are analyzed.During the flood discharge season of 2020,technical personnel conducted a comprehensive inspection and drilling tests on weak links that may cause seepage,and took treatment measures after the flood season.During the flood discharge in July 2021,the water seepage into the tunnel decreased significantly,indicating that the treatment has achieved substantial performance.However,the flood discharge is of smaller flow and shorter duration than that in 2020.So it is still necessary to strengthen the observation of seepage during the flood discharge period and the challenge of large flow discharge.
