摘  要:安居煤矿2311工作面上覆约厚140 m的巨厚火成岩,严重影响工作面的安全开采,为研究上覆巨厚火成岩在工作面回采期间的运移规律,针对安居煤矿上覆巨厚火成岩的开采条件,以2311工作面为研究对象,从现场实际出发,采用理论分析和数值模拟的方法对2311工作面外段上覆巨厚火成岩采动规律进行研究。通过关键层的判别公式,确定了2311工作面上方的关键层位置,并计算得出巨厚火成岩对2311工作面外段回采期间的覆岩运动起主控作用。通过建立“两端固支梁”的力学模型,计算得出工作面上覆巨厚火成岩的极限破断距以及对应2311工作面采空区宽度,结果表明2311工作面外段回采期间上覆巨厚火成岩不会破断。最后,采用FLAC3D数值模拟方法,模拟2311工作面外段回采期间的应力分布状态,得出2311工作面外段回采期间的超前支承应力在可控范围内,从而验证了理论分析的正确性。The safe mining of 2311 working face is seriously affected by the extremely thick overlying igneous rock of about 140m in Anju Coal Mine.Based on the mining conditions of the extremely thick overlying igneous rock,the 2311 working face is taken as a research object to study the movement law of the extremely thick igneous rock on the working face during the mining period.According to the field practice,the mining law of extremely thick overlying igneous rock on the outer section of the working face is studied by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The research results show that through the discriminant formula of key strata,the key stratum position on the working face is determined,and it is concluded that the thick igneous rock plays a dominant role in the erosion rock movement during the mining of the outer section of the 2311 working face.Through establishment of the mechanical model of the“fixed beam at both ends”,the limit fracture distance of the thick overlying igneous rock on the working face and the corresponding goaf width of the working face are figured out,indicating that the thick overlying igneous rock will not break during the mining of the outer section of the working face.Finally,using the FLAC 3D numerical simulation method,the stress distribution of the outer section of the working face during the mining period is simulated,and concluded that the advanced supporting stress of the outer section of 2311 working face during the mining period is within the controllable range,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
