摘 要:带式输送机目前为煤矿主要的运输设备,其结构复杂、体积庞大、运输线长,在生产运行期间多处部位会产生较大噪声,直接影响职工的身心健康。为有效降低带式输送机的噪声产出,减轻对职工的职业危害,故对带式输送机机头部、中间部、机尾部产生的噪声进行现场实测,针对超出85 dB及以上的噪声源展开研究分析,并对各关键部位采取多项降噪技术措施。同时又从职工培训、劳动防护用品、设备管理维护、噪声接触时间及降低设备运时5个方面对运输系统采取多项管理措施,实现了带式输送机有效降噪,减少了职业危害因素,改善了职工井下工作环境。At present,belt conveyor is a main transportation equipment in coal mine.Its structure is complex with huge volume and long transportation line.During production and operation,many parts produce large noise,which directly affects the physical and mental health of employees.In order to effectively reduce its noise output and alleviate the occupational hazard to the employees,noise generated by the head,middle and tail of the belt conveyor was measured on site,and the noise sources exceeding 85 decibels and above were studied and analyzed,and a number of noise reduction technical measures were taken for each key part.At the same time,starting from aspects of the staff training,labor protection articles,equipment management and maintenance,shortening of noise exposure time and reduction of the equipment’s running time,multi-measures should be are taken to manage transportation system to achieve effective noise reduction,reduce occupational hazard factors,and improve the underground working environment for employees.
