矸石山自燃危险分区及治理措施研究

摘　　要：煤矸石是采煤及洗煤过程中产生的废弃物,在长期堆放过程中易引发自燃。根据矸石自燃不同阶段温度及危险程度的差异,矸石山可划分为不同的治理区,如何辨证施治是矸石山治理的重点和难点。以陕西麟游郭家河煤矿矸石山治理项目为依托,采取物化探测与地质手段相结合的方法划分矸石山的自燃治理分区,根据自下而上、由外到里、由低温向高温的围困灭火治理思路,通过方案比选及治理后效果,确定注浆灭火+表面喷浆+覆土+边坡治理+绿化的综合治理方案行之有效。Coal gangue is waste produced in the process of coal mining and coal washing.It is easy to cause spontaneous combustion in the long-term stacking process.According to the difference of temperature and danger degree in different stages of spontaneous combustion of coal gangue,it can be divided into different control areas.How to dialectically control gaugue pile is a challenging task.Based on the treatment project of gangue pile in Guojiahe Coal Mine,Linyou,Shaanxi province,this paper divides the spontaneous combustion treatment zones of gangue pile by combining physical and chemical detection with geological means.According to the treatment approach of“from bottom to top,from outside to inside,from low temperature to high temperature”,through comparison and selection of schemes and treatment effects,it is confirmed that the comprehensive control scheme of grouting fire extinguishing+surface grouting+soil covering+slope treatment+afforestation is effective.
