摘 要:针对金家庄煤矿现有块煤预排矸系统中存在着制约矿井出煤、矸石带煤严重、动筛跳汰机故障率高、筛分分级粒度与煤质不相适应、自动化程度低等问题,介绍了现预排矸系统改造的必要性。基于射线分选的智能干选技术优势,提出了采用智能干选工艺对现有预排矸系统进行技术改造的方案,并对改造前后的经济效益进行了对比分析。分析认为,采用智能干选不仅符合“双碳”背景下国家对稀缺煤种最大限度地回收精煤的精益化政策,还为将来选煤厂智能化改造打下基础。In response to the existing problems in the pre gangue removal system of lump coal in Jinjiazhuang Coal Mine,such as restricting coal discharge from the mine,severe coal entrainment from the gangue,high failure rate of the moving sieve jig,unsuitable screening and grading particle size with coal quality,and low automation level,the necessity of reforming the current pre gangue removal system is introduced.Based on the advantages of intelligent dry separation technology using ray sorting,a plan for technological transformation of the existing pre gangue removal system using intelligent dry separation technology is proposed,and a comparative analysis of the economic benefits before and after the transformation is conducted.Analysis suggests that the adoption of intelligent dry separation not only conforms to the country’s lean policy of maximizing the recovery of clean coal from scarce coal types in the context of“dual carbon”,but also lays the foundation for the future intelligent transformation of coal preparation plants.
