摘　　要：绿色矿山建设是发展绿色矿业,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的基本内容,为促进矿区生态文明建设,开展国土绿化行动,推进损毁土地综合治理,加强地质灾害防治,避免资源浪费、促进矿山企业健康发展,有效解决矿山开发过程中的矿山地质环境破坏及土地损毁问题,保护和改善区域生活环境和生态环境,减少露天矿山开采对生态环境的破坏,以及加快矿山产能转型升级。以大西沟铁矿为例,简述其进行绿色矿山建设过程中的指导思想与规划,介绍建设过程中对露天矿山开采边坡的处理方向,以及绿色矿山建设过程中的一些保障措施;形成矿山开采、地质边坡治理教学、光伏产业入网和旅游景区的4项产业链模式,全园区实现矿山产业技术转型升级,为其他露天矿的绿色建设提供参考。The construction of green mines is the basic content of developing green mining and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,In order to promote the construction of ecological civilization in the mining area,carry out land greening action,promote the comprehensive treatment of damaged land,strengthen the prevention and control of geological disasters,avoid waste of resources,promote the healthy development of mining enterprises,effectively solve the problems of mining geological environment damage and land damage in the process of mining development,protect and improve the regional living environment and ecological environment,reduce the damage to the ecological environment caused by open-pit mining and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of mine capacity,we taking Daxigou Iron Mine as an example,briefly describes the guiding ideology and planning in the process of green mine construction,introduces the treatment direction of the open pit mining slope in the construction process,and some safeguard measures in the process of green mine construction.Four industrial chain models of mining,geological slope treatment teaching,photovoltaic industry network access and tourist attractions have been formed,and the whole park has realized the transformation and upgrading of mining industry technology.It provides reference for green mine construction of other open-pit mines.
