摘 要:以某矿201综采工作面为背景,对综采工作面通过小断层群关键技术进行分析,重点对综采工作面通过老巷时“三机”在地质条件复杂情况下配合、矿压监测设置、补强支护等要素进行重点研究,提出过断层关键技术。经过现场工程实践,综采工作面得以安全顺利通过断层群。研究表明,合理的现场支护方案、回采方案、矿压监测方案是综采工作面通过断层群的重要保证,现场必须根据刮板、支架、采煤机配套关系及时调整回采方案,防止因现场采煤工艺不当造成设备不能正常运转。通过现场实践及技术分析,形成了“地质超前预测预报、补强支护先行、矿压监测实时预警、回采方案随时跟进”的过断层模式,能够为类似工程实践提供经验参考。Taking 201 fully mechanized mining face as a background,key technologies for the fully mechanized mining face crossing small fault group are analyzed.We emphasize on the coordination of“three machines”in the complicated geological conditions,mine pressure monitor setup and reinforcing support when fully mechanized mining face crossing abandoned roadway,and put forward key technologies for crossing fault.Engineering practice proves that fully mechanized mining face can pass through fault group safely and smoothly.The results show that reasonable in-site supporting scheme,mining methods and rock pressure monitoring scheme are important guarantee for the fully mechanized mining face crossing fault.The schemes must be timely adjusted according to the coordinated relations of scraper,support and coal cutting machine to prevent equipment not operating normally due to improper in-site coal mining technique.Through the field practice and technical analysis,a fault-crossing mode of“geological advance prediction,reinforcement support in advance,mine pressure monitoring real-time warning,mining plan timely follow-up”has been formed,which provides experience reference for similar engineering practice.
