摘  要:为解决黄陵二号煤矿三号回风立井井筒掘进期间涌水治理的难题,提出了一种截断井筒涌水补给水源、充填井筒壁后松动圈、提高井筒围岩稳定性的注浆支护方法。采用“探注—掘进—再探注—再掘进”的方法,对黄陵二号煤矿三号回风立井井筒水和井筒壁后岩层裂隙进行了治理,并采用壁后注浆帷幕截断了井筒涌水的补给水源。该方法从根源上解决了井筒涌水补给水源的问题,确保了施工安全,加快了施工进度,提高了工程质量,消除了井筒后期生产运行期间的安全隐患,对井筒涌水治理具有很好的参考价值。In order to solve the problem of treating water gushing in the No.3 return air shaft in Huangling No.2 coal mine during the excavation process,a grouting support method is proposed to cut off the water supply source of gushing water from the shaft,fill the loose circle behind the wall of the shaft and improve the stability of the surrounding rock of the shaft.The method of“probe injection-digging-reprobe injection-redigging”is adopted to control water in the No.3 return air shaft and rock fracture behind the wall of the shaft,and the water supply source of the shaft gushing water is intercepted by grouting curtain behind the wall,thus solving the problem of water recharge in the shaft from the root,ensuring the construction safety,speeding up the construction progress,improving the quality of the project,and eliminating the safety hazards during the later production and operation of the shaft,which has good reference value for the management of shaft gushing water.
