摘 要:三电平变流器在相邻开关状态之间转换时,会发生内外管电压不平衡现象。对其产生机理进行研究,结果表明是由于电路中分布电感对IGBT的CE间等效电容释放能量所导致的,采用RC缓冲电路能有效抑制内外管电压不平衡。最后,对原理进行分析,并通过实验进行验证。The voltage imbalance between the inner and outer power tubes may occur during the transition between the adjacent switching states of the three-level converter.The mechanism of voltage imbalance is studied.The research results show that the phenomenon is caused by the energy of the distributed inductance in the circuit releasing to the equivalent capacitance between CE of the IGBT.The RC buffer circuit can suppress the above-mentioned voltage imbalance of the inner and outer power tubes.Finally,the principle is analyzed and verified by experiments.
