摘  要:矿井集中式降温系统的主要设备包括制冷机和风机水泵等,设备电力耗能占运行总成本的90%以上,对工矿企业的经济效益具有重要影响。阐述电气节能的主要方法,结合某矿井降温系统工程,对其主要设备综合能耗进行分析,提出合适的电气节能技术。在工程中采取一系列节能措施并建成能源管理系统,能够明显降低设备能耗,达到节能减排的效果。The main equipment of the centralized cooling system in the mine is refrigerator,fan and water pump,and the power consumption of the equipment accounts for more than 90%of the total operation cost,which has an important impact on the economic benefits of industrial and mining enterprises.The main methods of electrical energy saving were expounded,combined with the cooling system project of a mine,the comprehensive energy consumption of its main equipment was analyzed,and appropriate electrical energy-saving technology was proposed.A series of energy-saving measures and an energy management system are adopted in the project,which can significantly reduce the energy consumption of equipment and achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.
