低羧基聚酯产品的制备浅析

摘  要:聚酯通常以PTA和EG两个单体的形式直接熔融缩聚成产品,端羧基含量在22~30之间是正常控制水平,低于20是低羧基控制,而达到15左右是目前希望的控制水平。因此,为了降低低羧酸端羧基含量,本文以五釜流程的聚酯生产为基础,在PTA和EG两个单体直接熔融缩聚的产品中,对温度、回流乙二醇和浆料的PTA和EG配制比例等3个因素进行调整和优化。试验结果表明,通过调整第一酯化温度、第二酯化回流乙二醇、PTA对EG浆料配制黏度等因素的有效配合,可使产品的端羧基含量稳定在12.0~14.0,试验结果可为相关研究提供一定的参考。The influence of size concentration change on carboxyl end group and Diethylene glycol polyester is usually directly melt polycondensation into products in the form of PTA and EG monomers.The carboxyl end group content between 22 and 30 is the normal control level,lower than 20 is the low carboxyl control level,and reaching about 15 is the current desired control level.Therefore,in order to reduce the content of low carboxylic acid end carboxyl groups,this article is based on the polyester production in the five reactor process.In the product of direct melt polycondensation of PTA and EG monomers,three factors such as temperature,reflux ethylene glycol,and PTA and EG preparation ratio of the slurry are adjusted and optimized.The experimental results indicate that the effective combination of factors such as adjusting the first esterification temperature,second esterification reflux ethylene glycol,and PTA on the viscosity of EG slurry can stabilize the carboxyl end group content of the product between 12.0 and 14.0.The experimental results can provide a certain reference for related research.
