摘  要:为充分了解PET/PTT双组分聚酯纤维的染色性能,采用高温高压染色法,选取E型分散染料三原色和高、中、低温型分散染料,对纯PET纤维和PET/PTT复合纤维进行染色。染色残液用N, N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶解,采用可见分光光度计测出染色残液的吸光度,得到上染百分率。研究不同染色时间、染色温度下纤维的上染速率曲线。结果表明:用DMF可以提高分散染料的溶解度,染液与DMF的最佳体积比为2:3。PET/PTT纤维比纯PET纤维更容易染色,且PTT含量越高,分散染料更容易上染纤维。PET/PTT纤维在无助剂,pH值为5时,采用高温高压染色法进行染色,最佳染色温度为100~110℃,染色时间为50~60 min。In order to fully understand the dyeing properties of PET/PTT bicomponent polyester fibers,the high temperature and high pressure dyeing method was used to dye pure PET fibers and PET/PTT composite fibers by selecting E type disperse dyestuff trichromes and high,medium and low temperature type disperse dyestuffs.The staining residue was dissolved with N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),and the absorbance of the staining residue was measured using a visible spectrophotometer to obtain the percentage of staining.Study the dyeing rate curve of fibers at different dyeing time and dyeing temperature.The results showed that DMF was used to improve the solubility of disperse dyes,and the optimal volume ratio of dye solution to DMF was 2:3.PET/PTT fibers are easier to dye than pure PET fibers,and the higher the PTT content,the easier it is for disperse dyes to go on the fibers.PET/PTT fibers were dyed by high temperature and high pressure dyeing method without auxiliaries and pH of 5.The optimal dyeing temperature was 100~110℃and the dyeing time was 50~60 min.
