摘　　要：文章对涤纶高强抗芯吸工业丝的抗芯吸原理以及应用领域进行介绍,分析了涤纶高强抗芯吸工业丝的生产工艺流程,并讨论了原料切片、纺丝组件、冷却工艺、抗芯吸油剂上油量、拉伸定型工艺、抗芯吸检测等环节的工艺设定原理和设定范围。研究结果表明,选择合适的原料切片、纺丝温度、冷却工艺、上油量、拉伸定型工艺等可以生产高品质的涤纶抗芯吸工业丝。The principle and application field of polyester high strength anti-wicking industrial yarn were introduced.The production process of polyester high-strength anti-wicking industrial yarn was analyzed,and the process of raw material slicing,spinning components,cooling process,oil of anti-wicking agent,drawing and shaping process,anti-wicking detection were discussed.The results show that high quality polyester anti-wicking yarn can be produced by selecting suitable raw material slicing,spinning temperature,cooling process,oil amount and drawing and shaping process.
