聚酯吉玛圆盘反应器轴封处轴与轴套运行不同步的原因分析及应对措施

摘　　要：文章针对仪征化纤公司购买的圆盘反应器在日常运行中出现轴和轴套不能同步转动、轴封处漏气等一系列影响生产的问题进行探讨,分析了该类问题出现的具体原因,提出了通过调整工艺参数和设计一套专用夹具解决此类问题的方案以及专用夹具在日常使用和维保中的注意事项。通过优化工艺控制、安装防转动夹具的方式解决了轴套转动问题,有效保障了生产的稳定运行,创造了一定的经济和社会效益。This paper discusses a series of problems affecting production,such as the shaft and shaft sleeve can not rotate synchronously,the shaft seal leaks air and so on,in the daily operation of the disc reactor purchased by Yizheng Chemical Fibre Co.By optimizing process control and installing anti rotation fixtures,the problem of shaft sleeve rotation was solved,effectively ensuring the stable operation of production and creating certain economic and social benefits.
