摘　　要：着眼于新时代军事人才培养模式新要求,根据军事工程管理人才培育现状,通过教学试验、成果检验,探索实践新时代基于电子沙盘实训的“军事工程管理”课程教学改革;完成具有“军事工程管理”课程特色的实训课程设计,凸显军队院校教学特色,提出特定教学条件下的教学方法与教学手段,提供同类课程的教学改革实践启示。教学改革经验可复制、可推广,对军事教育领域如何运用现代教育装备提升教学质效,实现“教室连着战场”有一定的借鉴意义。Focusing on the new requirements of military talent training mode in the new era,this paper was written around the current situation of the cultivation of military engineering management talents.Through teaching experiment and result test,the teaching reform of“military engineering management”course based on electronic sand table training in the new era is explored and practiced.Complete the practical training course design with the course characteristics of“military engineering manage-ment”,highlight the teaching characteristics of military academies,put forward the teaching methods and teaching means under specific teaching conditions,and provide similar courses teaching reform practice enlightenment.The experience of teaching reform can be copied and popularized,which has certain reference significance for military education field to use modern educational equipment to improve teaching quality and efficiency and realize“classroom connected to the battlefield”.
