摘　　要：研究生导师招生资格审查机制是提高研究生导师队伍教学水平,促进研究生培养质量提高的重要抓手。西部省属S高校积极推进导师招生资格审查工作,明确了以提高质量为主线和以追求卓越为目标的原则,明确了师德师风、创新能力、指导能力、指导投入四个条件,贯彻“分类发展、特色发展”的理念并完善了有关配套举措,取得了明显成效。目前,S高校确立了多维度、多元化的审查方式,避免简单化地唯论文、唯科研经费来确定审查条件,并结合学位论文质量监控,不仅规范了研究生导师管理,提高了研究生培养质量,也为招生指标分配提供了科学依据。但与此同时,仍存在对导师的创新能力要求偏低,尚未将学位论文评审未通过的结论纳入审查必要条件,以及将论文抽检结论用作衡量导师指导能力是否存在缺陷等问题,需要进一步改进。The qualification examination mechanism of graduate tutor enrollment is an important way to improve the teaching level of graduate tutors and the quality of graduate students.S University in western province actively promotes the examination of graduate tutor enrollment qualifications,clarifies the principle of improving the quality as the main line and pursuing excellence as the goal,clarifies the four conditions of teacher ethics,teacher style,innovation ability,guidance ability and guidance input,carries out the concept of“classified development,characteristic development”and improves related supporting measures,and achieves obvious results.At present,S University has established a multi-dimensional and diversified examination methods to avoid determining examination conditions simply based on papers and scientific research funds,and combined with the quality control of dissertation,not only standardizes the management of graduate tutors,improves the quality of postgraduate training,but also provides a scientific basis for the allocation of enrollment indicators.However,at the same time,there are still some problems,such as low requirements on the innovation ability of tutors,failing conclusions of dissertation evaluation has not been included into the necessary conditions of examination,and the results of dissertation sampling are used to measure whether there are defects in the guidance ability of tutors,which need to be further improved.
