摘　　要：目的调查痛风专病门诊患者对于饮食知识的知晓情况,特别是一些更新的饮食知识,为制定针对性饮食知识宣教提供依据。方法选取痛风专病门诊就诊的136例痛风初诊患者和74例痛风随访患者进行问卷调查,收集基本信息、痛风病情相关信息等;问卷内容涉及红肉、海鲜、内脏、咖啡以及茶水等对痛风病情的影响,共12题,满分12分。结果初诊患者共136份问卷纳入统计分析,答题得分是(6.2±1.7)分;随访患者共74份问卷纳入统计分析,答题得分是(7.1±1.9)分。两组比较,随访患者的答题总分高(P<0.05)。结论在痛风专病门诊对患者进行饮食知识的宣教有助于提高痛风患者对饮食知识的理解和认识。但是患者的饮食知识仍受传统的低嘌呤膳食的影响,对患者饮食治疗知识的宣教应该加强,特别是一些更新的饮食知识。Objective To investigate the understanding about gout-related diet knowledge for patients with gout at the gout clinic,especially updated diet knowledge to improve gout-related diet knowledge education for out-patients with gout.Methods 136 first-visit patients and 74 follow-up patients with gout participated in the questionnaire survey.We collected patient’s demographic data,the assessment of gout and 12 questions about gout-related diet knowledge.Results 136 valid questionnaires of first-visit patients were collected and the patients correctly answered 6.2±1.7 items on average;74 valid questionnaires of follow-up patients were collected and the patients correctly answered 7.1±1.9 items on average.Comparing the two groups,the score of follow-up patient group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The gout-related diet knowledge of the out-patients can be improved by education.But the patients’knowledge is still affected by the traditional opinions on low-purine diet,so we should strengthen the gout-related diet knowledge education for out-patients with gout,especially the updated information of diet knowledge.
