互联网使用能影响农户生产托管行为吗?

摘　　要：本文利用2021年湖北省水稻种植户调研数据分析了互联网使用对农户生产托管行为的影响。研究结果表明,互联网使用能提高农户生产托管程度,在解决内生性问题和替换变量后结果仍然显著。异质性分析发现,互联网使用对不同环节生产托管参与的影响存在差异,其促进效果主要体现在植保环节;相较于服务专业户,互联网使用更显著地促进了农户参与专业化服务组织提供的生产托管服务;另外,互联网使用对农户生产托管行为的正向影响主要体现在年轻农户、小规模农户及参加过农业技术培训的农户。机制分析表明,互联网使用主要通过降低信息搜寻成本、监督成本与控制成本促进农户生产托管行为。基于上述结论,应加强农村网络基础设施建设,完善生产托管互联网平台建设,关注不同农户对互联网使用的差异性。This paper analyses the impact of internet use on farmers′participation in agricultural production trusteeship using data from a microscopic study of rice farmers in Hubei Province in 2021.The results of the study show that internet use increases farmers′participation in production trusteeship and the results remain significant after addressing the endogeneity issue and replacing the variables.The heterogeneity analysis find that there are differences in the impact of internet use on participation in different segments of production trusteeship,with the facilitation effect mainly in the plant protection segment;internet use more significantly facilitates farmers′participation in production trusteeship services provided by specialised service organisations compared to service professionals;in addition,the positive impact is mainly seen in young farmers,small-scale farmers and farmers who have participated in agricultural technology training.The analysis of the mechanism suggests that the use of the internet facilitates farmers′trusteeship by reducing the costs of information search,supervision and control.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of rural network infrastructure,improve the construction of the internet platforms for the agricultural production trusteeship,and pay attention to the differences in internet use by different rural households.
