摘  要:某铅冶炼生产系统投料结构的调整和处理能力的提升使进入硫酸系统的烟尘量增加,造成净化工序酸泥量增加、喷头堵塞频次增加、板式换热器清淤困难等问题,熔炼系统频繁停机检修。通过对静电除尘器进行技术改造,增加高效洗涤器循环酸中酸泥开路系统以及提高自动化控制水平,因硫酸装置故障引起的停机时长由6.5 h/月降至2.0 h/月,有效提升了硫酸系统生产效率。The adjustment of the feeding structure and improvement of the processing capacity of a certain lead smelting production system have led to the increase in the amount of dust entering the sulphuric acid system,resulting in the increase in the amount of acid sludge in the purification process,the increase in the frequency of nozzle blockage,and difficulties in cleaning the plate heat exchanger.The smelting system is frequently shut down for maintenance.Through technological transformation of the electrostatic precipitator,the addition of the efficient scrubber circulating acid sludge open circuit system and the improvement of automation control level,the monthly average downtime caused by the sulphuric acid system has been reduced from 6.5 hours per month to 2.0 hours per month,effectively improving the production efficiency of the sulphuric acid system.
