含硫污水汽提装置设备运行问题探讨

摘　　要：通过对某石化公司在用含硫污水汽提装置设备运行情况进行分析,从汽提塔塔盘结垢、换热器管束腐蚀结垢、管线腐蚀泄漏等几方面,研究探讨了出现问题的可能原因,并从生产工艺操作、设备使用维护等方面提出操作管理改进建议,保障装置长周期运行。Based on the analysis of the operation of the equipment of the sulphur-containing wastewater stripping unit in use in a petrochemical company,the possible causes of the problems are preliminarily studied and discussed from the aspects of the scaling of the stripper tray,the corrosion and scaling of the heat exchanger tube bundle,and the corrosion and leakage of the pipeline,and the operation and management suggestions are put forward from the aspects of production process operation,equipment use and maintenance,so as to ensure the long-term operation of the unit.
