摘 要:介绍了阳极保护技术的工作原理、阳极保护管壳式浓酸换热器在运行过程中出现的故障情况及相应解决方案,并针对该类浓酸换热器存在的主要问题,从冶炼系统和制酸系统的工艺控制方面提出了操作优化措施。多年的生产实践表明,水侧的堵塞和酸侧的腐蚀是阳极保护管壳式浓酸换热器存在的主要问题,从多方面控制干吸工序循环酸的浓度和温度、制定措施降低水侧的结垢速度是较为有效的方法,从而使浓酸换热器具有良好的换热效果,保障制酸系统长期稳定运行。The working principle of anode protection technology,the faults that occur during the operation of the anode protection shell and tube type concentrated acid heat exchanger,and corresponding solutions are introduced.In response to the main problems of this type of concentrated acid heat exchanger,operational optimization measures are proposed from the process control aspects of the smelting system and acid making system.Years of production practice have shown that blockage on the water side and corrosion on the acid side are the main problems in anode protected shell and tube type concentrated acid heat exchangers.Controlling the concentration and temperature of circulating acid in the dry suction process from multiple aspects,and developing measures to reduce the scaling speed on the water side are effective methods to ensure good heat exchange effect of the concentrated acid heat exchanger and ensure long-term stable operation of the acid making system.
