摘　　要：介绍了硫黄制酸装置熔硫工序的工艺流程、石灰投加装置存在的问题及改造实践情况。针对二期熔硫工序原石灰投加装置石灰投加量不均匀,频繁出现堵料、断料等问题,结合一期熔硫工序石灰投加装置的运行经验,对二期熔硫工序的石灰投加装置进行技术改造。采用星型给料机和电动振动器代替原来的石灰料斗,并配置减速机和变频器,在DCS上设置电动振动器自动控制程序和皮带联锁,提高了石灰投加装置的运行稳定性和自动化程度。The process flow of the sulphur melting process in the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant,the problems existing in the lime dosing device and the practical situation of the transformation are introduced.In response to the uneven amount of lime added to the original lime dosing device in the second phase sulphur melting process,which frequently causes material blockage,breakage and other issues,combined with the operating experience of the lime dosing device in the first phase sulphur melting process,a technical transformation is carried out on the lime dosing device in the second phase sulphur melting process.Replacing the original lime hopper with a star feeder and electric vibrator,and equipped with a reducer and frequency converter,the automatic control program and belt interlocking of the electric vibrator are set on the DCS,which improves the operational stability and automation level of the lime dosing device.
