摘  要:介绍了某火电机组石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统配套的脱硫浆液p H值测量系统的工作原理、技术优势、在生产运行过程中存在的问题,以及采取的优化措施。针对采用流通式p H计的脱硫浆液p H值测量系统存在的电极冲刷磨损大、易被浆液污染、使用寿命短、维护费用高等问题,通过在测量罐溢流管道上安装手动溢流阀控制测量罐的浆液液位以满足电极插深要求、采用长度较短的更耐石膏浆液的模拟电极、制定预防性电极维护计划并予以实施,保证了脱硫浆液p H值测量的准确度,大大提高了p H电极的使用寿命,降低了p H电极的损耗,减少了电极维修工作量和仪表备件费用,有利于火电机组脱硫系统降本增效。The working principle,technical advantages,problems in production and operation,and optimization measures taken for the pH value measurement system of the desulfurization slurry supporting the limestone gypsum wet desulfurization system of a certain thermal power unit are introduced.In response to the problems of high electrode erosion and wear,easy contamination by slurry,short service life,and high maintenance costs in the desulfurization slurry pH measurement system using a flow type pH meter,a manual overflow valve is installed on the overflow pipeline of the measurement tank to control the slurry level of the measurement tank to meet the requirements of electrode insertion depth,a simulated electrode with shorter length and more resistant to gypsum slurry is used,and a preventive electrode maintenance plan is formulated and implemented.This ensures the accuracy of measuring the pH value of the desulfurization slurry,greatly improves the service life of the pH electrode,reduces the loss of the pH electrode,reduces the workload of electrode maintenance and the cost of instrument spare parts,and is beneficial for reducing costs and increasing efficiency of the desulfurization system of thermal power units.
