摘　　要：文章以广州市石马村北约为例,剖析“新土客冲突”现象的原因和表现,结合社会融合的理念,提出治理优化意见和空间更新策略,通过相关制度优化和一系列公共空间的干预措施,解决制度不公、文化差异、经济差异、资源匮乏等问题,重塑城中村公共空间,重构城中村居民生活方式,以促进村中本地居民与外来人口之间的良好社会关系,从而消解“新土客冲突”,为城中村更新提供新的思路和方法。This paper takes Shima North Village of Guangzhou City as an example.It analyzes the causes and manifestations for the phenomenon of“conflict between natives and the new comers”,and combined with the notion of social integration.It puts forward governance optimization advice and space renewal strategy,and by relevant system optimization and a series of public space intervention measures.It solves the problems of unfair system,cultural difference,economic difference,resource scarcity,etc.It remolds the public space of village in the city and reconstructs the lifestyle of residents of village in the city,so as to promote the good social relations between local residents and external population in village,thus resolve“conflict between natives and the new comers”and provide new idea and method for the renewal of village in the city.
