摘　　要：糖厂原料蔗生产系统整体技术,需持续在优化砍运榨基础上优化品种配置,消化利用原料蔗生产系统、气候、生态和技术等资源。以持续寻找现有生产品种结构与能产生更大产糖量的品种结构之间的差异缺口为切入点,着力于在糖厂产糖量和产糖率提升中构建可操作的原料蔗生产系统技术方法。方法的建立必须使得原料蔗优化砍运和品种优化布局成为糖厂常规农务工作;将所有品种、技术、投入和管理融入一体化技术中系统评判;研发无投入、投入产出大的效益项消化利用的技术。充分挖掘原料蔗生产系统、品种配置和气候生态资源3大效益资源。糖厂全员掌握榨季全时段入榨优质丰产原料甘蔗,与持续筛选、配置不同蔗地优质甘蔗品种及技术2项技能,实现糖厂产糖量和总蔗量不断提高。The overall technology of the raw sugarcane production system in sugar factory not only requires continuously optimization of the variety configuration based on cutting,transporting,crushing,but also involves the utilization of resources such as the raw sugarcane production system,climate,ecology and technology.The breakthrough point of production system technology was to continuously identify the gap between the existing sugarcane variety structure and that can produce more sugar,while the focus was to build the operable production system technology of raw sugarcane with the improvement of benefit.The establishment of systematic technique should make the optimized process of sugarcane harvesting and transporting,and sugarcane variety layout become the routine agricultural work in sugar factory.All varieties,technique,inputs and management should be evaluated into an integrated system,effective methods should be developed to digest and utilize benefit of no-input and high input-output return in sugar factory.Meanwhile it was essential to explore three major beneficial resources of raw cane production system in sugar factory,variety structure and ecological climate.All staff of sugar factory should master two skills of extracting high-quality and high-yield raw sugarcane throughout crushing season,as well as continuously deployment and selection of favorable sugarcane varieties and technologies in different sugarcane fields,which would help to realize the continuous improvement of sugar production and total cane yield of the sugar factory.
