摘　　要：流量检测仪在工业生产中运用普遍,了解各流量检测仪的工作原理,对发生的故障进行分析和判断,提出解决故障的方法。本文对电磁流量计和质量流量计现场常见问题及处置方法进行综合分析,工作人员在对现场仪表故障进行诊断时,应优先考虑被测对象与控制阀特性之间的变化关系,同时结合系统及操作工艺进行综合测试,查找根本原因,获得最优解决方案。Flow detector is widely used in industrial production,familiar with the working principle of each flow detector,convenient for workers to analyze and judge its fault,to find the correct processing method to solve the fault.To this end,the paper to electromagnetic flow meter and mass flow meter field common problems and disposal methods for comprehensive analysis,finally concluded that the staff in the field of the instrument fault diagnosis,should give priority between the measured object and the control valve characteristics,followed by combined with the system and operation process for comprehensive test,to find the root cause,obtain the optimal solution.
