摘　　要：为使电压谐波在正弦波、余弦波、正切波输出条件下的相位幅值能够较好地贴合给定的谐波幅值结果,从而使电压互感器元件的电量输出行为得到准确检验,本文提出基于凯塞窗插值快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的电压互感器校验仪全自动检定方法。首先,根据Kaiser窗函数存在形式,确定凯塞窗插值的修正计算结果,根据频谱泄露量指标的具体数值,完成基于凯塞窗插值FFT的电压谐波分析;其次,在此基础上,按照互感器校验仪测量原理,定义电压信号之间的配比关系;最后,联合已知电压参量指标,确定FFT导数算法的实施流程,完成基于凯塞窗插值FFT的电压互感器校验仪全自动检定方法的设计。实验结果表明:与RTDS仿真验证方法相比,全自动检定方法在正弦波、余弦波、正切波输出条件下的相位幅值均与给定的谐波幅值结果完全相同,能够较好满足精准检验电压互感器元件电量输出行为的实际应用需求。In order to make the phase amplitudes of voltage harmonics under sine wave,cosine wave and tangent wave output conditions fit well with the given harmonic amplitudes,so as to accurately check the power output behavior of voltage transformer components,a full-automatic verification method of voltage transformer calibrator based on Casser-window interpolated fast fourier transform(FFT)is proposed.According to the existence form of Kaiser window function,the modified calculation result of Kaiser window interpolation is determined,and then according to the specific value of spectrum leakage index,the voltage harmonic analysis based on Kaiser window interpolation FFT is completed.On this basis,according to the measuring principle of transformer calibrator,the ratio relationship between voltage signals is defined,combined with known voltage parameter indexes,the implementation process of FFT derivative algorithm is determined,and the design of automatic verification method of voltage transformer calibrator based on the Cassar window interpolating FFT is completed.The experimental results show that compared with the RTDS simulation verification method,the phase amplitudes of the automatic verification method are identical with the given harmonic amplitudes under the sine wave,cosine wave and tangent wave output conditions,which can better meet the practical application requirements of accurately checking the output behavior of voltage transformer components.
