摘 要:近年来,国家加强了电石等高耗能、高排放产业的行业结构调整,因此,探索“双碳”“双控”背景下的电石产业发展路径很有必要。简要介绍了电石生产技术、供需变化,分析了其下游聚氯乙烯(PVC)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)等行业的发展态势,指出未来几年BDO产能存在较大的增长空间。通过分析PVC、BDO的产品能耗、碳排放、单位边际利润等,得出利用同样的电石资源来生产BDO的能耗和碳排放更少,效益更高。认为把部分“电石-PVC”不可降解塑料的生产转化为“电石-BDO-PBAT”可降解塑料的生产,可实现对电石资源的优化配置。In recent years,China has strengthened the industrial structure adjustment of high energy consumption and high emission industries such as calcium carbide.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the development path of the calcium carbide industry under the background of“dual carbon”and“dual control”.The production technology and supply and demand changes of calcium carbide were briefly introduced,the development trend of downstream industries such as polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)was analyzed,and it was pointed out that there was significant growth space for BDO production capacity in the coming years.By analyzing the energy consumption,carbon emissions,and unit marginal profit of PVC and BDO products,it was concluded that using the same calcium carbide resources to produce BDO had lower energy consumption and carbon emissions,and higher benefits.It was believed that converting the production of some non-degradable plastics such as“calcium carbide-PVC”into the production of degradable plastics such as“calcium carbide-BDO-PBAT”could achieve optimal allocation of calcium carbide resources.
