摘　　要：以陕北中低温煤焦油<350℃的馏分油为原料,加氢精制剂和加氢异构剂为催化剂,在小型固定床反应器上进行中低温煤焦油加氢制备航空特种喷气燃料研究。考察了反应温度、反应压力和液体空速对喷气燃料收率及性质的影响,获得最优工艺参数:温度360℃、压力12 MPa、空速0.4 h^(-1)。将所得加氢产品油中195℃~265℃馏分作为特种喷气燃料,其中环烷烃和异构烷烃质量分数分别为62.43%和21.84%,几乎不存在芳烃类物质,且其各项指标均满足GB 6537—2018《3号喷气燃料》的要求。The preparation of aviation special jet fuel by hydrogenation of medium-low temperature coal tar was studied in a small fixed bed reactor using the distillate oil of medium-low temperature coal tar(<350℃)in northern Shaanxi as raw material,hydrofining agent and hydroisomerization agent as catalysts.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure and liquid air velocity on the yield and properties of jet fuel were investigated.The optimal process parameters were obtained:temperature 360℃,pressure 12 MPa,air velocity 0.4 h^(-1).The 195℃-265℃fraction in the obtained hydrogenation product oil was used as special jet fuel,in which the contents of cycloalkanes and isoalkanes were 62.43%and 21.84%respectively,and there were almost no aromatic substances.In addition,its indicators met the requirements of GB 6537—2018 No.3 Jet Fuel.
