摘 要:介绍了先配合后粉碎、捣固炼焦预破碎、配合煤先筛分后破碎等备煤工艺,对其特点和优劣进行了分析,提出了硬质煤有选择性地先筛分后破碎的工艺设想,并在大焦炉工业生产配煤的基础上进行了40 kg小焦炉试验。试验结果表明:对硬质煤有选择性地筛分破碎后配煤炼焦,可改善焦炭质量,增加廉价弱黏煤配比,验证了该设想的可行性。Different coal preparation technologies were introduced,such as coal blending before crushing,stamp charging coke pre-crushing and blended coal screening before crushing,and the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of these technologies were analyzed,then the idea of selective screening before crushing for hard coal was proposed.A 40 kg small coke oven experiment was carried out on the basis of coal blending of large coke oven industrial production.The experiment indicated that the selective hard coal screening,crushing and then blending for coking could improve the coke quality and increase the proportion of cheap and weakly caking coal,validating the feasibility of the above assumption.
