摘  要:固定床间歇气化技术受到环保、能耗等因素的影响,正在逐年淘汰关停,作为同源替代的连续纯氧气化技术受到关注。从政策导向、工厂实际运行参数、吨氨综合成本、吨氨综合能耗等方面对两种气化技术进行了分析比较,可为相关固定床间歇气化技术改造提供参考。Affected by such factors as environmental protection and energy consumption,the fixed-bed intermittent gasification technology is being phased out and shut down year by year,and the pure-oxygen continuous gasification technology,which is a homologous replacement,has drawn great attention.The two gasification technologies were analyzed and compared from the perspectives of policy orientation,actual factory operating parameters,comprehensive cost and energy consumption per ton of ammonia,which could provide reference for the renovation of related fixed-bed intermittent gasification technology.
