摘　　要：针对三聚氰胺尾气联产尿素装置因设备、管道、阀门腐蚀严重导致系统被迫停车、连续运行时间短、产量较低的问题,丰喜临猗公司进行了设备改造:将联产解吸塔筛板的筛孔尺寸从Φ6 mm扩大为Φ10 mm,改造三聚氰胺尾气吸收系统,消除联产装置再沸器的漏点,对三聚氰胺装置的热气管线、结晶器等夹套保温进行改造,处置1#热气冷却器的泄漏点。改造后,通过增加三聚氰胺载气流量和尾气吸收液循环量,降低尿素系统第一、第二预冷器的温度等工艺调整,设备腐蚀程度降低,系统连续运行时间增加,尿素和三聚氰胺产量也分别由1250 t/d、125 t/d提高到1300 t/d和150 t/d。In response to the problems of forced system shutdown,short continuous operation time and low output volume due to serious corrosion of equipment,pipes and valves in the cogeneration unit of melamine tail gas with urea,the following equipment transformations were carried out in Linyi Branch,Yangmei Fengxi Fertilizer Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.:the screen size of the sieve plate of the cogeneration desorption tower was enlarged fromΦ6 mm toΦ10 mm,the melamine tail gas absorption system was renovated,the leakage point of the reboiler of the cogeneration unit was eliminated,thermal insulation transformation was carried out on the jacket insulation of the hot gas pipeline and crystallizer of the melamine unit,and the leakage point of the 1#hot gas cooler was corrected.By increasing the flow rate of melamine carrier gas and the circulation amount of tail gas absorption liquid,reducing the temperature of the first and second precoolers of the urea system,the corrosion degree of the equipment was reduced,and the continuous running time of the system was improved.Urea and melamine production also increased from 1250 t/d and 125 t/d to 1300 t/d and 150 t/d respectively.
