摘  要:介绍了WHB煤制乙二醇工艺中草酸二甲酯加氢催化剂的使用现状,结合当前乙二醇行业的运行情况,分析了加氢系统的工艺条件和加氢原料草酸二甲酯的品质对催化剂结焦的影响。结果表明:工艺操作条件和草酸二甲酯中微量含氮化合物与水、酸的含量,是影响催化剂结焦速度的重要因素,调整工艺操作条件和提高草酸二甲酯的品质,可以延缓催化剂结焦的速度,从而延长催化剂的使用寿命。The present utillization of dimethyl oxalate hydrogenation catalyst in WHB coal-to-ethylene glycol process was introduced.Combined with the current operation of ethylene glycol industry,the influence of the process conditions of hydrogenation system and the quality of dimethyl oxalate raw material on the catalyst coking was analyzed.The results showed that the process operating conditions and the content of trace nitrogen-containing compound,water and acid in dimethyl oxalate were important factors affecting the coking speed of the catalyst.By adjusting process operating conditions and improving the quality of dimethyl oxalate,the catalyst coking speed could be delayed,thus prolonging the service life of the catalyst.
