摘 要:介绍了焦油渣预处理的工艺原理和流程,分析了其运行中存在的问题及危害,并针对其经常性堵塞问题提出了3种改造方案:不改变原有设施、人工排渣,增加机械刮渣槽,增加大焦油渣破碎装置(碎渣机)。经对比,选择并实施增加大焦油渣破碎装置方案。改造实施后,焦油渣预处理工序实现连续稳定运行,循环氨水指标改善,保证了后工序的正常运行,解决了制约焦化安全生产稳定的因素。The process principle and flow of tar residue pretreatment in the condensation process of coking production were introduced,the problems and hazards during the operation were analyzed,and three transformation schemes for the frequent blockage problem were put forward:manual residue discharge without changing the existing facility,adding mechanical residue scraper,and adding the large residue crushing device(residue crushing machine).After the comparison,the scheme of adding residue crushing machine was selected and implemented.After the implementation,the tar residue pretreatment process realized continuous and stable operation,the circulating ammonia water parameter was improved,the normal operation of the subsequent process was ensured,and the factors restricting the stability of coking safety production were solved.
