摘  要:长青公司60万t/a煤制甲醇变换汽提系统含氨废水通过磨煤系统再次进入气化系统时,会造成渣水和变换工段氨的富集,存在系统设备、管道腐蚀加剧等问题,因此进行了含氨废水资源化利用改造。简介了两种常见的含氨废水处理方案,从投资和运行成本出发,开发了一种将含氨废水提浓后送热电脱硫装置作为补充氨源的提浓和减量化方案。改造后的运行结果显示:提浓后废水中氨质量分数由1.2%提高到3.0%,将其送热电装置脱硫后,气化系统外排废水中NH3-N质量浓度由800 mg/L降至90 mg/L,有效减缓了装置腐蚀速率,改造年可实现收益约612万元。The ammonia-containing wastewater from the 600 kt/a coal to methanol conversion stripping system of Changqing Energy&Chemical Co.,Ltd.entered the gasification system again through the coal grinding system,which would cause the enrichment of slag water and ammonia in the conversion section,exacerbating the corrosion of system equipment and pipelines.Therefore,the resource utilization transformation of ammonia-containing wastewater had been carried out.Two common treatment schemes for ammonia-containing wastewater were introduced.From the aspects of investment and operating cost,a concentration and volume reduction scheme was developed by concentrating the ammonia-containing wastewater and sending it to a thermoelectric desulfurization unit as a supplementary ammonia source.The operation results after the transformation showed that after the concentration,the ammonia mass fraction in the wastewater increased from 1.2%to 3.0%;after the cogeneration and desulfurization,the mass concentration of NH3-N in the wastewater discharged from the gasification system decreased from 800 mg/L to 90 mg/L.After the renovation,an annual profit of approximately 6.12 million yuan could be achieved.
