双氧水生产装置氢化系统改造的探索与实践

摘  要:介绍了蒽醌法生产双氧水的工艺流程。针对双氧水生产装置氢化系统工作液偏流或沟流、副产气体连同H_(2)大量排放、氢化塔压差较大、氢化塔内聚集未过滤完全的粉状氧化铝、催化剂过度老化、双氧水产量偏低等问题,进行了改造氢化塔内件、更换高效催化剂、新增工作液二级过滤器、更换氢化液冷却器等改造。改造后,氢化塔压差降低,工作液流量增加、偏流或沟流问题得到了解决,改善了氢化塔局部反应过度的现象,氢化尾气放空流量由75 m^(3)/h左右降低至50 m^(3)/h,减少了H_(2)损耗,双氧水产量由290 t/d增加到430 t/d,达到满负荷运行产量。The process flow of hydrogen peroxide production by the anthraquinone method was introduced.In response to the problems of working fluid partial flow or trench flow in the hydrogenation system of the hydrogen peroxide production unit,large emissions of gas generated by side reaction together with hydrogen gas,big pressure difference of the hydrogenation tower,incompletely filtered powdered alumina retained in the hydrogenation tower,excessive aging of the catalyst,and low hydrogen peroxide output volume,modifications had been made to the hydrogenation tower′s internal components,secondary filters for working fluid had been added,high-efficiency catalysts and the hydrogenation liquid cooler had been replaced.After the renovation,the pressure difference of the hydrogenation tower was reduced,and the working fluid flow was increased,solving the problems of partial flow or trench flow,improving the phenomenon of local overreaction in the hydrogenation tower.The venting flow rate of the hydrogenation tail gas was reduced from about 75 m^(3)/h to 50 m^(3)/h,reducing the loss of hydrogen gas.The output volume of the hydrogen peroxide increased from 290 t/d to 430 t/d,achieving full load operation output.
